NEW! Assisted Stretch program

Benefits of assisted stretch:
Our program was created with our in house physical therapist to help increase flexibility and lengthen tight muscles. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) is common practice for increasing range of motion. When this stretching technique is performed consistently and post exercise, it increases athletic performance, along with range of motion. This is why we offer two types: 15 minutes and 30 for a deepened experience.

15 minute assisted stretch– $25
30 assisted stretch– $50

Class Descriptions

Abs & Arms Blast – Some days we just need to focus in on one area-Fridays it’s arms and abs! This class zeros in on biceps, triceps, and shoulders using a combination of body weight and dumb bells. The core is puled in and challenged throughout each movement to stabilize and strengthen the mid-section. Taught by high energy fitness pro Jennifer Owens.

Cardio Barre – No dance experience necessary with this fusion of ballet exercises to tighten and tone all while moving continuously to keep the heart pumping! This class incorporates light weights as well as using your own body for resistance. Taught by dance pro Shannon Stow (Sub Stephanie Seto through Feb.1)

Cardio Sculpt – Using weights and body bars this class will push you to use your strength! A continuous flow from exercise to exercise, your heart rate will be challenged at your personal best! Taught by former pro basketball player Terrell Ray.

Cardio Strength – Using circuit stations, Pat leads with his high energy to get you fit! Using weights, bands, and body bars. This class is a diverse way to work your heart and muscles!

Groov3 Cardio Dance – Jump into this fun, easy to follow dance class (no experience necessary!) that gets the heart rate up and burns calories while having a blast! Each dance segment is choreographed to a unique DJ mix that keeps you moving and sweating!

High Intensity Interval Training – Using our TRX frame the session will consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.

Pilates Fusion – Use your smaller muscles to pull your whole body together in a balanced way with this mix of traditional Pilates and low weight exercises. Increase strength, flexibility, and mind to muscle association. Taught by fitness pro Stephanie Seto.

Sunset Spin – Grab those apron bikes and let Jennifer lead you through an evening cuckoo class overlooking the beautiful skyline of downtown Brooklyn!

Total Body Conditioning – Condition each large muscle group through a planned out series of strength exercises with multiple sets to push you to your strongest self. Use of higher weights and body bars to reveal the inner strength we know you have. Taught by former pro body builder Dena Twohig.

Yoga – A Vinyasa flow that created for all levels. Deepen your breath in each muscle while increasing flexibility as you flow through poses that warm the body and calm the mind.
