Cardio Strength – Using circuit stations, Pat leads with his high energy to get you fit! Using weights, bands, and body bars. This class is a diverse way to work your heart and muscles!
High Intensity Interval Training – Using our TRX frame the session will consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.
Stretch & Sculpt – This class uses smaller weights with high reps and a long relaxing stretch to wrap up the class.
Sunset Spin – Grab those apron bikes and let Jennifer lead you through an evening cuckoo class overlooking the beautiful skyline of downtown Brooklyn!
Yoga – A challenging but fun class consisting of poses that are done in a flowing transition with a focus on core, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. The instructor will build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining a safe alignment to help reduce the risk of injury.
