“I went to this gym for 2 years and loved it. Not crowded at all like most gyms in the city, very reasonable membership fee and a good variety of classes. Everyone that works there is super friendly, especially Chris and Kyle. I lived in the building so it was convenient and I got to know everyone there really well – they were my second gym family! Sergio’s boxing class was by far my favorite- he is motivational but doesn’t bark orders like a lot of gym teachers. His style of teaching is very one on one and he does a lot of pad work which is extremely rare. He makes working out fun. Jay is also a great spin teacher there. I will miss this gym since I moved-especially the members and staff! I highly recommend it and I go to the gym about 6 times a week so I was there a lot!”

Patricia Curran was just seven years old when she developed a passion for fitness, playing basketball, soccer, and competitive track for most of her life. She dedicated her years to improving not only her athletic performance but her teammates as Captain. When it came time to start her professional career, she naturally went into the fitness industry to help others. Over the last five years, Patricia has operated fitness clubs to welcome a healthier life to New Yorkers and their communities. Her favorite quote is “Take care of your body – It is the only place you have to live” and encourages everyone to find a hobby that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
