Since 1996, The Manhattan Athletic Club has provided the busiest of New Yorkers with physical fitness solutions that help add balance to hectic schedules. We cater to the comfort and convenience of our members with spacious workout areas and fully stocked and immaculately maintained locker rooms. Our professional trainers, who have expertise across a variety of fitness disciplines, are available to assist members with everything from competitive training and weight management to overcoming acute or chronic conditions.
Members enjoy plenty of breathing room in MAC’s main fitness area, where 20-foot ceilings and massive windows bring in abundant natural light. In addition to premium free weight and circuit training equipment, MAC has over 70 top-of-the-line cardiovascular machines and a glass-walled studio for our yoga, Pilates, and spin classes. Members can pursue their sporting passions on our indoor basketball court, in our state-of-the-art boxing room, and in our golf simulator.
The Manhattan Athletic Club brings together all of the resources you need to reach your health, wellness, and fitness goals. From private training* by experts in a variety of disciplines to a structured weight management program, our members have access to regimes that are customized to their personal needs. With licensed physical therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists onsite, we help members recover from injuries, relax after an intense workout, or simply indulge in some pampering me-time.

Current class schedules are available from the MAC concierge, most do not require pre-registration, and all are included in your membership fee.
