Advanced Cardio – take your aerobic exercise to the next level if you are looking for a challenge to improve your cardiovascular conditioning.
Advanced Home Circuit – mainly floor based abs and planks, hip and buttocks tone, lunges, and upper body strength movements.
Barre Blast – class fused with Pilates, Ballet Barre and Cardio to target all major muscle groups. You will need a wall, chair or countertop space for this class.
Boot Camp – a mixture of strength exercises & cardiovascular training. Will work heart & lungs along with most of the major muscle groups. The session will include a warm up & cool down, involving total bodyweight exercises such as running in place.
Boxing – a high-intensity combination of boxing fundamentals, punching technique, core strengthening exercises, plyometrics, and speed agility drills to boost your heart rate and turn your body into a fat burning inferno!
Butt-n-Gut – target tone with exercises to strengthen the entire core and lower body. Emphasis on glutes using a range of exercises targeting both large and small muscles. No equipment needed.
Cardio Sculpt – a high energy circuit inspired class with explosive moves to work large muscles all over while engaging cardiovascular strength, push-ups, squats, and abdominals-the entire body is sculpted with no equipment.
ChrisFit Teen Nation – join master trainer Chris Hasfal for a series of sports drills and athletic conditioning. This virtual class will safely push you to the beat, all while you sweat it out and have fun! Ages 13-16
Dance – dance + fitness = FUN! Music, rhythm, fitness, and creative movement come together for this high-energy, easy to follow class that will get you movin’, groovin’, and sweatin’ with Shannon! Ages 5-12
Fit Kids – after all the remote learning, kids need to relax their mind and move their bodies! In this 30 min routine, Kyle will guide kids in gentle toning moves, balancing, and hopping around for a cardio release! Ages 5-12
Get Off The Couch Slouch – this routine consists of a combination of floor based abdominal exercises, cardio activity, balance and upper body strength movements.
High Intensity Interval Training – the session will consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period; no equipment is required.
Lower Body & Abs – this class is focused on lower body muscle groups including quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves that will give your lower body a burn. Ab work added to target your mid-section.
Muscle Up – with a focus on total body strength, hypertrophy, and muscular endurance, this workout will bring the burn to new areas of the body each week. Using a combination of resistance bands, weights, and body weight exercises, Muscle Up is guaranteed to create a leaner toned physique.
NoYoPat – No(t) Yo(ga) exactly, but even better if you’re looking to increase flexibility and range of motion. Follow Pat through a series of poses to safely stretch your hips, legs, shoulders, and back, while building the muscle and balance needed for enhanced strength and mobility.
Pilates – will help focus your mind and body. Classes will concentrate on stretching and elongating the spine, while strengthening your core. Build strength, flexibility, stability, balance and coordination while stretching and performing a number of muscle toning exercises.
Restorative Yoga & Meditation – this class will start out with gentle breathwork and movement to ground the body and mind. We will focus on 3-4 restorative poses that will be held for extended periods of time. Restorative poses bring the body into a deep state of relaxation that can help lower blood pressure, reduce stress and slow the tempo of the mind. This class will end with a guided meditation or a Yoga Nidra. Props such as Yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets are recommended. Sturdy books can replace the blocks. Firm pillows or cushions can be used in place of the bolsters. Towels can be used in place of the blankets.
Total Body Conditioning – this free-form strength conditioning class is a total body workout that will target all major muscle groups while pushing you through a high energy format. In one hour, you will utilize your own body weight to perform compound exercises, utilizing superset principles and more.
Upper Body & Abs – this class is focused on upper muscle groups such as chest, bi’s, tri’s, back and shoulders. Ab work added to target your mid-section. Both designed to strengthen your muscles.
Yoga – a challenging but fun class consisting of poses that are done in a flowing transition with a focus on core, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. The instructor will build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining a safe alignment to help reduce the risk of injury.
Zumba – a uniquely energetic choreographed class where you will burn off calories while dancing to different kinds of lively tunes consisting of Latin-American types, as well as more modern types such as hip-hop.
