Barre class consist of a ballet class style workout for the everyday person using a ballet barre, followed by floor and standing center floor work. To finish we will work with dance base movement across the floor. The structure of the class is based on some of the founding principals of ballet, which are posture, core strength and lengthening.
Using controlled movement-based exercises, that engage the core, implements good posture and focuses on stretching and strengthening those key chronic pain areas; such as the lower back, shoulders, knees, hips and ankles. All exercises use bodyweight only.
